Post game note: Ugh. I know you can’t win them all, but do you have to lose like this?
Doesn’t it seem like we were just here!?! It’s only been about 13 ½ hours since I wrapped up the last Best of Social! But it’s Sunday and that means we get a great afternoon game. Tonight’s matchup is the last in this series against the pesky Cubs. I hope we see a rejuvenated Josh Beckett take a little pressure off the bullpen today. For the Cubs, it’s old friend Edwin Jackson. Should be a good matchup. In better news, Puig and Gonzalez are back in the lineup for the Dodgers. And, we only thought we were joking when we said someone should put Andre Ethier’s picture on a milk carton. Well, it worked, he’s back in the lineup tonight, too.
